What we collect

An email address, so the eSIM can be delivered and so you can recover the order later. Alongside it we store what you bought, the amount quoted, and whether payment arrived.

There are no accounts and no passwords. We do not ask for your name, address, or any identity document.

What we share

Your email address is passed to our network partner, because they issue the eSIM and send you the QR code directly. Nothing else about you is shared with them.

Payments

Payments are on-chain transfers. We read the receiving address’s balance to detect them; we do not collect wallet addresses, and we never ask for a private key or seed phrase. Blockchain transactions are public by nature and outside our control.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Deleting your data

Write to us with your order reference and we will delete the record. Note that this also removes your ability to recover the eSIM through this site.
