What we sell
ZEBRO sells prepaid, data-only eSIM profiles supplied by a third-party network partner. The plans carry mobile data only — they do not provide voice calls or SMS, and they do not give you a phone number.
Your device must be eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. We cannot check this for you before purchase.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in ETH on Robinhood Chain. The exact amount of ETH is quoted at checkout and is valid for a limited window, after which the quote expires because the exchange rate moves.
The quoted amount must be sent exactly. It is what identifies your order, because payments arrive at a shared address. If you send a different amount, your payment will not be matched automatically and will need to be resolved manually.
Network fees are paid by you, on top of the quoted amount.
Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed on-chain, the eSIM is ordered from our network partner, who emails the QR code to the address you gave at checkout. Delivery is usually within minutes.
Check the email address carefully. We cannot redirect an eSIM after it has been issued.
Refunds
Crypto payments are irreversible. Once an eSIM has been issued it cannot be returned, because the profile can be installed immediately.
If we take your payment and cannot deliver an eSIM, contact us with your order reference and we will refund the amount received to an address you nominate. Refunds are processed manually.
We do not refund for device incompatibility, for a mistyped email address, or for coverage that differs from your expectations. Check the plan details before buying.
Coverage and service quality
Coverage, speeds and any fair-use throttling are set by the local networks our partner uses, not by us. We cannot guarantee service in a specific building or area.
Plans begin counting down when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed bookings or lost work resulting from a lack of connectivity.
